Our  Bathing Process

When it comes to creating a stress-free process, we take many things into consideration.

      1. When your pet comes in for an appointment, they are escorted to a comfort suite to await their bath.

  2. We use a variety of shampoos that are gentle on the skin, and select a shampoo that is best for the coat and skin conditions of each individual pet. We wash each pet two times to ensure a deep clean, and take time to massage the shampoo into the coat with each wash. This is usually a pets favorite part!

     3. We then gently dry the coat with a quiet blow drying system that is temperature controlled to ensure maximum comfort for your pet. We work slowly and diligently around sensitive areas such as the face, ears, and sanitary areas ; giving lots of praise and affection.

Grooming

If your pet is receiving a haircut, your groomer will be there when you check in to take instructions for the groom and answer any questions that you may have about the grooming requirements for your pet.

There are three factors to take into consideration when choosing a haircut for your pet.

Our goal is to ensure that the grooming process is pain-free, while also working with clients to give their pet the haircut that they envision.

Important Information

​

We do not offer de-matting services, as this can be painful, time consuming, and damaging to the coat. However, we do offer advice and information to properly care for your pets coat in between grooming appointments so that we can achieve the desired haircut.

Some animals require a comfort-only groom such as young puppies, elderly dogs, or dogs with certain medical conditions.
